Every class here is designed to challenge you, whether you're just starting out or you've been throwing punches for years. Our coaches aren't gonna baby you, but they'll have your back every step of the way.

We're talking constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity - sounds fancy, but really it just means you'll be lifting, jumping, pulling, and pushing your way through workouts that never get boring. Each session is different, and yeah, you'll probably wanna quit halfway through. But you won't.

You'll learn technique from coaches who've actually been in the cage, not just watched UFC highlights. No ego battles here though - we respect everyone's journey and check ours at the door. Come ready to learn and leave everything on the mats.

Wanna get stronger without all the fancy footwork? This one's for you. We focus on building raw power through compound movements - squats, deadlifts, presses, and the good stuff that actually works. You'll follow a structured program that progressively loads your lifts, tracking real progress week after week. It's not glamorous, but it's effective as hell.

Combat Conditioning

This is our most popular cardio class and for good reason - you'll torch calories while learning actual striking combos. Heavy bag work, pad drills, footwork, and bodyweight circuits that'll have you gasping for air. Perfect if you're not quite ready for full MMA but still want that fighter's edge. Plus, there's something therapeutic about punching stuff after a long day.

BEGINNER

Foundations

Brand new to this whole fitness thing? No shame in starting here. We'll teach you the basics - proper squat form, how to pick up heavy things without hurting yourself, and building that base level of conditioning. It's scaled down intensity but still challenging enough that you'll feel accomplished. Everyone's gotta start somewhere, and this is honestly the smartest place to begin.
